The Hawaii Department of Motor Vehicles website offers training materials. Driver education courses are available in most public high schools. Students should contact their school’s driver ed coordinator for a schedule of classes. All Department of Education driver education courses taught after September 1, 2000 have been certified as meeting the state requirements.
