TH350 w/a NP205
The TH350 has a 28 spline output shaft so make sure the transfer case input
shaft matches.
These people have transfer case parts and a
twin-stick shifter if you want.

The NP205 is a gear-drive,part-time unit and considered by me and others to
be BULLETPROOF.
Check out pics of my truck w/a TH350/NP205
and twin-stick.
I have a TH350 4x4 tranny w/a cracked case
(the guts are what counts, any case will do),
alsohave a NP203, chain-drive,full-time unit.
The 203 is also about 100 lbs heavier than a 205
