  Several help suggestions:

  1.  Post on the rec.autos.makers.jeep+willys newsgroup.

  2.  What *kind* of modifications?

  3.  What equipment do you have now?

  4.  Are you going for ego or utility?  For example by simply going up

to 235-75-15 tires, your Grand will have enough ground clearance
that even a portly middle aged man can slide under it.   Adding a
lift is only necessary if you plan to take it where a Wrangler
would be a much better idea.

Plus you'll want to be paying attention to your own preferences and
what you might be willing to compromise.  e.g. Rancho shocks will
settle down the jigglies of the stock Grand Cherokee suspension but
some folks complain about losing fillings.   If you have a 4.0, you
   might want a stroker kit.

Anyway, head over there after you stop and think about what you like
about your ZJ and what you would want to change...
