Anybody knows if the ?98 Nissan Frontier fan clutch has a tendency to
fail?
Mine seems to have failed at 50K something miles which is sooner than I
expected for a Nissan part. The clutch is always engaged now so the fan is
on all the time making more noise and probably robbing some power from the
engine. If the part seems to be fail prone I?ll probably replace it with a
3rd party part rather than the OEM part.

Thanks

delivery truck. Have not had a problem with the cooling system. In fact,
it's very rare that the OE clutches last under 100k...
