I have a 86 dodge pwer ram 50 pickup and I have been searching
everywhere for a lift kit or any accesories for that matter. Someone
told me that you can use a lift kit from some Jeep. So if there is any
help that anyone could give me would be great.

That truck uses a torsion bar front suspension doesn't it?  If so, you
can crank the bars for some lift.  Add-a-leafs out back.  Seems to me
that Cal Mini used to offer a 2-2.5" lift for that truck.  (I think it
just included replacement torsion bars and add-a-leafs!)

Your best bet will be a body lift as you can get 3" of extra clearance
for tires.  You may find a company that still makes them, but if not,
find one for a similar year Toyota or Nissan and you can probably
adapt.  (A little fabbing will be needed.)

Good luck!
