My posi rear end has an extreme grinding feeling while going around
corners and it?s getting worse everyday. Seems to mellow out after
rear end differential fluid gets warm.

You didn't recently have the axle "serviced" by some quicky lube joint,
did you?

This occurred to a buddy of mine. He the local Jiffy Lube "service" his
rear end. They didn't bother to find out what type of fluid his limited
slip axle needed. They left out the special additive the axle needed
and it caused a terrible shudder while cornering.
