Rangie door problem

I have an '84 Rangie that needs a new drivers door. The current one features
a manual window winder with a vertical, exterior door handle. As these types
are very hard to acquire pre-owned, do the later models of square-shaped
handles have non-electric windows that would fit my year?
Any advice much apreciated.

this.
