vauxhall frontera wont start

hi
i have a vauxhall frontera 1999 turbo diesel injection i have had some
trouble starting it in the morning for a few weeks but yesterday
(26.3.06)it wouldnt start at all so i thought the glow plugs had gone so i
have changed them but it still wont start it is just not fireing at all and
the heater light is not coming on on the dash either, i have tryed the
heater fuses they look fine can anyone help please

That's one really long run-on sentence!

Don't replace parts until testing proves the part is defective.

How cold wsa it when it would not start?

Have a block heater? If yes, did you plug it in?
