We should have a Ford Truck 4X4 section, unless no one owns them.

News groups get created on the basis of demonstrated traffic,
followed by a slightly formal procedure which takes a month or so of
open discussion followed by loosely controlled voting.

Don't get hung up on the naming of news groups.
Discussion doesn't depend on the names in the hierarchy.  A quick check
tells me that there are at least 2 ford external subhierarchies,
one outside the US even.  Oh, I see the one for Explorers.
And another one for pickups.

If you want traffic here, generate it.
