No Fuses message flashing in the odometer

After one particularly heavy rain The odometer started flashing a
message that says "no fuses" when the car comes to a stop.  I am
looking for the fuse but all seems normal.
Any Ideas would be greatfully accepted

All Yogo's do that, it is normal.
