that is an easy swap cause it is gm to gm and all parts are redily a vaila
ble. only problem might be driveshaft which you may have to cut but not
necessarily. go to machine shop that manufactures and balances driveshafts
and they will tell you what is available and what can be had from the
junkyard.

If this is a 4x4 you will have other problems because the output
splines on 700 will not match what the THM 350 was mated too.

My Bad, its a Chevy K20 4x4 3/4 Ton and the numbers above should have
been...
350/TH350/NP203 and I wish to swap to a 502/700R4/NP203 or Atlas II if
I can find some more money.

The "K" in "K20" means 4x4...otherwise it'd be a C20.

C10/20/30 = 2X4 1/2 & 3/4 & 1 TON
K10/20/30 = 4X4 1/2 & 3/4 & 1 TON
GMC
C/K 15/25/35 = Just like above but with GMC logos
