I have a 93 ford f150 4x4 and i've noticed while driving it down the
highway all you can hear is a constant clanging noise and it sounds like
it's coming for towards the front driver side tire.As i slow down it
slowly fade's but when i hit 50-60 mph it worsen's.I had the guy i bought
it from tell me it was the shock but i'm kinda uncertain about that. What
type of problem or problem's should i be looking for?

There's a couple things to look at on these Fords.  You do want to check
the shock mount bushings, but also check the radius arm bushings.  They
tend to deteriorate over time, and cause a clanging/ jingling noise to
come from under the truck.  What kind of hubs do you have?  You may want
to check the hubs, as well as bearings up there.

Good luck!
Clay
