93 S10 Blazer - no crank

Blazer kept killing while I was driving.  After getting it home, it
wouldn't start.  Have replaced battery and cables, relays, and also blown
starter.
I have interior and exterior lights, but no power to radio, locks, etc.
and NO CRANK.

Best thing to do here is to get a volt meter and start tracing the
circuit and see where voltage is being lost if there is no obvious
signs. You might check all of your engine and chassis grounds too.
