Last summer my daughter just had to buy this 91 ACURA LEGEND COUPE automatic
with the outsize wheels she found in Yuba City. Later she just had to sell
it, to me. so what have i got here? It has nice lines and makes my wife
look sexier, but how many HP does it put out? I'm guessing 220. Any
special problems with this model, approaching 98k? I notice the lock
mechanism may keep clacking after i walk away.

The 91 and 92 should be 200, and the 93+ has 230. Nothing seems to come to
mind as a "problem" on these cars... just some of the typically Honda
problems... blower motors, radiator fan motors, driver's door lock actuator,
radiators, vehicle speed sensor, ignition switch, and sometimes the main
relay. Actually one week point I have noticed on these cars... every 91 and
later legend I have ever seen has had a busted transmission mount (if it
wasn't already replaced.).

here is the place to ask your questions about Acura's Legend ...

BTW most of the 1993 - 1995 Legends had 200 h.p. except those lucky cars
with the type II motors, the GS sedan and the type II coupes. If you have a
type II it says so on the engine.
