Suggestions courtesy of Google:

"If the label didn't jam it up, you can press the eject button and the
loader will try and spit out the disc. If you look in the opening you'll
be able to see it. While it is trying to eject it, take another CD and
stick it in the slot so that just the edge of the second CD is *over*
the top edge of the stuck CD. Press down gently on the edge of the stuck
CD with the second CD and it will come out.

The rollers for the changer blow and it is very picky about disc
thickness. Too thick and it won't spit it out. Labels are a big no-no
for two reasons: (1) they add thickness and will almost certainly cause
the changer to get stuck, and (2) the heat from an in-dash player has
been known to curl or warp the label and *really* jam up the works and
get a disc stuck. Hopefully your current jam is a result of #1 above,
and not #2.

Do not use *any* labels on CD-Rs in the changer. CD-Rs will work fine
(although even some non-labelled ones can get stuck because they
sometimes come thicker than store-bought CDs) but use a Sharpie or other
marker to label them.

A lot of ppl have problems with CDs getting jammed...first year
Honda/Acura intergrated 6 disk in-dash CD changer....bound to have
problems.....The rubber roller mechanism uses the shinney lacar coating
of the CD to get friction to remove the CD, if it doesn't have it, it
can remove it....I have CD-Rs that are coated for laser printing, they
don't come out either. I just took it to the dealer and told them that
it gets jammed...and they replaced mine.

""......To manual eject out the magazine, take a thin plastic ruler (at
least 5-1/2" in length) and slip it between the bottom of the magazine
and the changer. Now, push in. This will hit a release button in the
back. If the magazine does not eject, you will need to send the unit in
to be serviced....

When you slide the thin "ruler" between the magazine and the cd changer
make sure you slide it in right in the middle (where the x is):

Also saw that on some changers there is a cartridge release button on
the bottom, so you might try pulling the changer out and seeing if that
applies to you.

I have a 98 RL and have never had a problem with my cd trunk mounted
changer.  maybe the holders are not centered when you insert the cd's.  I
sympathize with you but I don't know what it could be.  Maybe it's the
magazine.--

Hi JD,

I had a 1993 Honda Prelude with a Honda CD changer in the trunk and it had
the same problem.  What I did is to take the entire CD changer out and
disassembled it far enough to get the CD to reset and then I could remove
the 6-CD cartridge.

After a couple of those all-day disassembly efforts, I found it best to just
have a single CD in the changer.

I sold the car a couple of years ago and bought an NSX with the same type CD
changer in the trunk.  Luckily, I haven't had any problems with it, even
though it has all homemade CDs in it.
