The radio in my 2000 TL will not power up at all. Someone told me that it
could be that the circuit board has deteriorated and it would cost $200 to
fix. It was not even installed in the car since it was one month old and
stored in a sealed box since. I just re-installed it and nothing...

Any suggestions or anyone know where i can find a used on cheap?

If you have the anti-theft on it (it would says so right on the
faceplate), you will need to feed it the radio code, since the thing
was disconnected from the battery. You can get the code from your
dealer.
