Never have had this issue before.  I have a 95 Integra GSR with 169k on
it...mostly problem free.  Checked my oil for the hell of it today at the gas
station and it was down a quart!  I change my oil every 3 k and have never been
told of any leaks, etc so it somewhat surprised me...i don't blow blue smoke so
I don't believe i'm burning it...any suggestions?

How long was the engine shut down before you checked?  If it wasn't at least
3-5 minutes, most of it was probably still draining back down from the
heads.  Check it again in the morning before you first start it and see how
much it has then.
