I've got an '03 RSX base, and I've noticed for a while that when I turn the
steering wheel from dead center, I feel a little 'catch' and hear a little
'click'.  Doesn't seem to affect the steering, it's just annoying because
it's not smooth.  I'll mention it when I go in for an oil change next time,
but the dealer mechanics are on strike here, and I'm not sure what kind of
guys they have working on their cars.

Anyone else had the issue, and what's been done about it?

I have a 04 base. No problem here. Better get that check once the
mechanics are no longer on strike!
