That could be several things.

1) run some throttle body cleaner spray into the intake (have to remove the
air filter piping to do it). Clean or replace the idle screw, maybe the seal
inside is broken.

2) Make sure your distributor cap & rotor are in good condition.

3) check spark plugs

4) Are you using Octane 91+ gas? if not, that could be a reason, although
the car has knock sensors.

5) Could be the idle control mechanism that's next to the throttle body, On
my wife old accord, it was causing the idle to not be smooth and running
rough.

6) coolant temperature control? But that used to make the car stall when
warm.

I would start with the cheapest repair. the cleaning of the throttle body.

Check for oil leaking into the spark plug holes causing misfire.
