Does anyone have a step by step explanation of how to change the thermostat
in a 94 integra? any help would be appreciated, it's my first time changing
one on this car, so I'd like the peace of mine of knowing I was doing it
correctly. thanks in advance.

A Haynes manual only costs $20 ,and you'll have pictures, and can use it
when you want to work on other things in the future.

Make sure you get the proper temp TS for your model.

Replacing a thermostat is a simple job . You probably have to remove
some of the cooling fluid  and  as Matt said, get the proper one.
You can compare the operation of the new and the old one by placing
them on a container and observe the operation as you heat the water.
There is some information here, if you can find it

For the Acura B motors, there's a bleed procedure that needs to be done, too.
and the Haynes manual shows where the TS housing is,and the bleed port, nice
pictures.
