Moonroof Problems

I have a 91 Integra LS, which is in magnificent shape, but my moonroof will
not open all the way.  I would attempt to fix it on my own, but I believe
that would include ripping apart the headliner and lots of things I may not
know how to piece together.  Does anybody have an idea how to fix this or
maybe how much it would cost? I don't think it is the motor or electrical
because it opens up half-way.  If the car wasn't so nice I would say screw
it and forget I even had a moonroof, but I just can't let this problem slide

Well a low cost, minimum hassle start would be a small spray can of
white lithium grease from an auto parts store like UAP. Use the slim
plastic  nozzle extension that comes with the can to squirt grease as
far down the retraction mechanism as you can reach and cycle the open
and close a few times.
