How much would a valve adjustement improve gas milleage on a 11 year old
Acura ? Is it even worth it?
I don't hear much of a valve train noise, so the adjustement must be ok?

Not so you'd notice.

> Is it even worth it?

For sure, if it hasn't been done in a while.

Do you really know what valve noise sounds like?

> so the adjustement must be ok?

Not necessarily.
1) If the clearances open up you'll get a tappety noise.]
2) If the clearances CLOSE up, you won't get any noise, but the valves risk
getting burned, a very expensive repair.
