95 teg B18b1 -- SMOKES --- what to do?

hi everybody!
i have 95 teg, non v tec engine and it smokes big time. just a Black smoke
(not black-blue) when im changing gears. from 2nd to 3rd.... i think that
may be gas problem but im not sure.
if u had this situation brfore please let me know how i can fix it.

What's your (REAL, not guesstimated) oil consumption?

it is some consumption, but not too much at all.
do you think that may be burning oil?
