I don't think many would consider unusually high mileage like that as "pristine". Dude, that thing's been over the river & through the woods a few times. A Houston daily commuter? Given the present hot market and available "deals" out there for 05/06 new, this guy may have some trouble unloading something that has 7 years worth of use on it but is only 3 years old. Assuming the owner works downtown, with 107k in 3 years he's got to be driving in from somewhere around Huntsville.
