Removing the rear seat

How do I remove the rear seat on my 2005 RSX Type S? A clip seams to be
holding it down....

do you mean fold it down, or completely remove it?

Why would you want to remove it?

I mean remove the bottom part  IE: the part that your butt contacts to see
if my GPS slid under it.

not sure, I would suggest checking on www.clubrsx.com
Lots of smart people in the forums there, someone will now how to do it.
