The abs light on my 97 Acura 3.0 CL sometimes will stay on.  So, I
had
dealer run diagnostic and they said it was a leak between the
accumulator
and modulator.  I am an old time mechanic and hot rodder that's done a
lot
of engine/transmission and suspension work in my time but I have not
worked
on abs systems.  I did some research on google and found that there is
an
O-ring between the accumulator and modulator.  I would like to replace
this
part.  How difficult is this work?  Are there any special tools
needed?
Thank you.

You need to tell us the actual CODES from the work order. All else is
speculation. The interpretation isn't what you paid for.

The diagnotic trouble code is 1-8. Could this be an abs sensor code
and not a high pressure code.  Thank you.

Try this site - I used him on my 1998 Volvo and it was fast, cheap,
and effective...

If this guy doesn't fix Acura ABS someone iwll. Usually it is a
heatsink that needs to be resoldered on the module?

Also, you can ask this guy questions...

Good Luck, Darren
