Can someone explain to me how to take off and replace a broken fog light?

Remove bolt from under bumper (10 or 12mm). Lamp assembly inner edge pivots
forward and out out (like opening a book), then entire assembly lets go.

Rotate bulb 1/4 turn counterclockwise and withdraw it from the reflector.

Assemble in reverse order.
