Just got a '97 2.2CL premium 5sp. with 96, yes 96K miles - like it a
lot. Have some questions:
1. Where can I find proper exhaust tips? Not the pimped-out kind, just
factory type with a rolled or slight flare end. Current exhaust may
not be factory spec. size ends.
2. Good mat source?
3. How hard to recode radio? Dealer I bought from couldn't recode
orig. so subbed SONY unit which works OK, but has a searchlight bright
display at night. I think I want the original back. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Hameline

Dealer? If your muffler is shot and you buy a new one at the dealer it
comes with a lifetime warranty too.

I've heard good things about weathertech. Almost bought a set of rubber
mats from them, but found a cheap "cut to fit" imitation on clearance
locally.

My Sony deck does the same thing, stupid thing doesn't even have the
wiring built in to dim even though the car's harness does. It's got a
flip down and remove face and the stereo still plays with the face
flipped down so I just do that at night.
