Alfa 155:reverse light/gear switch

Hi,
Does anyone know where the switch that enables the reverse lights when
the car is put into reverse is placed?

The dealer changed the gear box before I got the car... I wonder if he
failed to connect the reverse lights...

for 156, the switch is attached to a gearbox. should be the same with 155.
perhaps he forgot to plug it back.

i've had the same problem but it was caused by wires in the trunk (!!!)
misplugged ...

you should have a look -i assume you've checked that the lamps are ok
