Good evening!

Here's a quick question for you lot:

I have a 2000 1.8TS 156.  And very nice it is, too!

When I start the car, I have been told to wait for the injector light
extinguish before turning the key from 'On' to 'Start'.  My girlfriend
didn't once (no, I don't know why I let her drive it, either!), and it was
audibly unhappy.

So, I know that it its a good idea for the light to go out, but am not sure
why.  Any answers?

Cheers!
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
I have always been under the understanding that it was to reset the
items in the computer, I may be wrong, I'm sure someone will put me
right if I am.
John,UK.
