Hi

Has any one any idea why my alfa should cut out after 30 mins of running if
you leave the car for aprox 20 to 30 mins
the car will re start. When it wont start the code light on the dash is on
the car went in for a service the parts that were replaced was the spark
plugs air filter oil filter oil timing belt clutch slave and 2 front brake
sensors.
At the same time the two seats were removed and re upholstered the roof
was re covered. two lights are still on the dash at all times ABS Light and
Air Bag Light

Regards

That's why they kicked FIAT out of the US years ago. And since they're
such good learners they reinvented that same bad service when they
took over Alfa Romeo which promptly got kicked out too.

If the ABS light is on they didn't connect the new front brake sensors
correctly or they installed the wrong type. There's propably something
wrong with the seat mounts too which is why the air bag will have
disengaged itself.

Your original problem won't have anything to do with the parts they
replaced. The fact that you need to wait for half an hour would
indicate it's got something to do with some part overheating. My guess
would be the ECU

Get them to fix the things they wrecked and search for another dealer
to help you with the electronics problem.
