Last few days for my Alfa 156 2003 JTD now...
Noticed the front spot lamps have both had thier lenses cracked... Bulbs
still work... Is this an easy job to sort out? - the garage are quoting me
180 quid for bulbs and fitting !!!
Anybody know anyone breaking a 156 with both spot lamps intact?

£180 sounds well excessive - can you name & shame your garage ?
Where do you live ? Somebody should be able to recommend an independent.

£29.02 + vat each at http://www.shop4parts.co.uk/
I've never used them but they seem quite cheap and I've seen them
recommended on newsgroups.
