My 156 2.0 JTS is going in for a service + its first MOT next week. Should
the cambelt be changed? If not now, then when? This is the last of my
services under warranty, so should this be covered? Anything else I should
ask them to check or do?
Its done around 33k miles.

AIUI the official schedule in the UK doesn't call for the change until 60k,
but the do advise checking it.

60k miles? I think over here in Holland it's 60k km, which would be some 37k
miles. I'd have it changed if I were you, it's not cheap but cheaper than a
f*cked up engine because of a snapped cambelt. But changing the cambelt will
not be covered by warranty anyway.
