what i mean is, when i use the fob to arm the alarm and to lock the
doors, the door pins are up when i get back to the car but the car
alarm is still armed, if i just use the key on the fob then the car
locks but the car is not armed and it stay locked.
does this email make better sense??????????????

Yes. AIUI the system will unlock (but not disarm) if one of the lock
sensors faults, so it probably means you have a dodgy close sensor. The
boot is (IIRC) particularly notable for this.
