First time seller ( a female name in the UK - can't remember who/where)
hence no history, beautiful Giulietta Spider 1961 (I really do mean
beautiful - concourse winning condition). Cars like that have a big story to
tell and people who own them are keen to tell it - this one had no support
info other than the pics.
Photo showed car parked inside large interior space with Italian national
colours on walls, no reg plate, no details other than, IIRC, around 50,000
miles (not km though it was LHD) and the engine size. Three or four pics
though the only one that was in sharp focus was the head-on shot. And, typed
in below the main pic - not in the space provided by eBay - a buy it now of
£7,000. Seven thousand pounds?
See what I mean about missing a bargain?
And oooh, look - it's just like the one on eBay in Italy. No details and a
first time seller - now there's a coincidence.

Good catch!
...and the US location explains the LHD-and-miles apparent contradiction -
my fault for thinking parochially.
And I'm quite surprised that it only went for that (around the price of a
new Mondeo!) - I'd have thought £20,000+
Looking at the archives, it was sold sometime in June/July.
It's been an interesting trail to follow through - got any good pics we can
put on eBay and pretend we own a classic car?
