Hello,
I've been lurking here a bit for a while. Very much enjoying the threads
on brake upgrades. I have had an SE and two GT's. The brakes have been
bad on all three. I currently have an 88 GT that's been off the road for
several years now and I think I would like to start fixing it up. First
thing I would like to address is the shift console. I believe that the
clips that hold the console cover on broke off and it looks like a mess.
Here is a pic of the console and the car.

Warning to modem users, pics are large.

Any suggestions on where I could find a replacement for the console?

Thanks,
Carl

Folks have had good success repairing the console with super glue gel -
as for replacements swap meets or ebay will be your best shot

But since it's an '88 - finding one will be hard!

Repair the one you've got - it's not that bad.  Make sure to pick out some
of the foam, or it'll bulge out when you add glue.
