Hello all,
Long time reader but this is the first post.
I need to know the location of the radiator fan
thermostat on my 88 GT V6 2.8/w air. If anyone can
assist I will appreciate it so thanks in advance!

Do you mean rad fan switch?
Look just forward of the T-stat housing, to the right about an inch, going
straight down.
Single wire connector (green/white wire I think). Use a 13/16" spark plug
socket and some extensions.

Middle one in this picture:

The connector is oval in shape, squeese the long ends of
the oval to release the connector.
Use teflon tape or teflon-based pipe dope when installing
the new one, be sure to get it reasonably tight. Don't worry
about the sealer interfering with the operation of the switch,
the sharp metal threads have no problem cutting through the soft
sealer to make good electrical contact. The main purpose of the
sealer is to fill voids between irregularities in the threads.
