85 2M4 Brake question

The right rear brake pads are sticking causing a real bad smell and
sometimes smoke.

I replaced the caliper and it started again after a month.
Before I removed the new one "rebuilt"  I first bleed it. It was at
that time I noticed when I applied the brake pedal and released it the
wheel would be locked unless I let the pressure out of the bleeder.
This led me to believe I got a defective caliper so I returned it for
replacement.

I installed the new one bleed it and noticed it doing the same thing
locking up. I bleed it a few time and drove the car for about 2 weeks.
Then today the smell and smoke started again.
This leads me to believe its not the caliper.
The left rear works perfectly no sticking.
The hand brake works like a chanp holding it in my sloped driveway.
My guess is it the Tee thing in the back of the car where the one
brake line splits into 2 lines. This item I cannot find in my Pontiac
Service Manual.

Any help would be great.
Thanks
Hank

A locked caliper that releases with the bleeder screw is a
classic symptom of a failed brake hose. What's happened is
that the inner hose liner has delaminated and is acting
like a check-valve, preventing fluid from returning into
the line from the caliper.

The hydraulic tee has nothing in it at all, it can't
go bad.

Put one on order today wil be in, in a few days.
I just wasn'e sure if the tee maybe had some kind of pressure valve in
it thats why  I brought it up. Thanks will report after its installed
as to how I made out.
