I wish it was there too, John. It's a nice little car for someone who
can fix that tranny. It was my daily driver until that thing starting
whining and bucking, but I took it off the road before it did any damage.

If I were still in Mass I would seriously consider this, but alas I'm
not, and have my own Fiero I need to sell. :(

Story of my life, Boomstick. I really have to move to a more central
location... like you did. If I still have it in the fall, I might dolly
it down to Fiero Factory and have Dave spend 15 minutes and fix it.
Where's your car?

I can't tell you how nice it is to finally be here! :) I highly
recommend moving to everyone. LOL

Mine's already at the Fiero Factory. I figure it would have the best
chance of being sold there. (For anyone that cares, it's an '85 GT
that came from Arkansas. It's go no rust, about 144k miles, and I'm
asking $1500.)

You know, it's a bit frustrating trying to deal with some of these guys.
I have had this car on the market for over a year. Get many bites but no
takers. So the town gets upset and wants it junked. But it's too nice to
junk so we keep it registered and insured and still no one follows up.

Last year I stripped the entire late-model headlight system out of an 87
junker for a guy. Assemblies, wireloom, relays and all. Put it in a box
and told him a price HALF what Kick Hill would get and he said it was
too much. SO I gave it to Kick Hill, box and all. Same thing with a
throttle body.

You remember that guy who wanted that car for free. You guys went to get
it and he didn't want it. YOU WERE ALREADY THERE!!!! IT WAS FREE!!! :-)
I had a junker haul it away. What a waste! That car had all the air
conditioning stuff too.

Frustrating, I tell you. :-)

Yep, nothing but frustration!! I don't know the answer though. We'll
have to discuss over Mexican food when you get here. :)

I hope I sell my GT by then. ;)
