I got a call from  Winnipeg's  finest.   They found my car.  It's off
to the insurance compound for assesment.   Apparently the key area is
buggered and my CD stereo is gone but no alleged other damage.

I'll go over and see what else is missing.

I'm feeling less depressed.

Pete,

I just read the thread..sorry to hear about your Fiero but glad to hear that
you found it again. I'll bet that there are some of us out there that could
help you out with fixing it up if you need some spare parts. Post a list of
what is missing and see what you get for parts. I have a few spare things
I'm not using and I'd be happy to let some of it go for a good cause. Not
necessarily for free but at a reasonable price to cover the cost to get it
to you.

Now that I think about it, since Fiero owners seem to be such a close group,
we should have a trade site for parts that are hard to come by or for
situations like this. Anyone else have any ideas on this?

Thanx. I;ll keep you in mind.  I also have some spares (odds and ends)
that I am willing to share or trade.

Pete
