Is the 120 MPH Gauge Cluster a direct replacement for an 80 MPH Gauge
Cluster?

My Fiero is a 1985 GT with an Automatic Transmission and a 80 MPH
Guage Cluster.

Can I replace the 80 MPH Gauge Cluster with a 120 MPH Gauge Cluster
without any additional parts, chips or modifications?

Yes if your 85 has a V6. I did the same on my 86 SE V6 with no problems.

I have heard the lighting is a little different. I looked at doing it when I
was considering an 85gt, that and that dang shift indicator light.

you can make a Speedo you self, and then Calculate the Crystal to match.
