I baught a 87 2.5 and have been working on it for about a month now I think
I have it driveable now except for the fan that does not seem to work
properly it will come on a few minutes after I turn the car on but then it
shuts off is there a sensor that controls when it comes on?

Thanks in advance,
Graham

If I remember correctly there are a couple of them. It has been so long
since I had my Fiero I think 1 is near the radiator. The other is in the
engine compartment.  Look at this link
http://fierostore.com/Product/Browse.aspx then find the switches for 4 cyl
engines.

If it has Air conditioning turn it on even if not charged the fan
should turn on when the air is turned on good to know if you find
while you are driving and it starts to overheat to turn the air on and
the fan will turn on as well and cool it off. Yes there is also a
sensor.
