Barnsey!

You change your cars and camping gear more often than some blokes I
know change their socks.

My wife has been off work for 2 months with a double whammy of a brain
annurysm and thyroid problems. Hence, a few finacial woes, and not much
camping / 4wding going on lately

Thankfully, the annurysm doesn't require surgery.....and the medication is
kicking in for the thyroid.

The only constant in my life is a lack of normality.

I promise I'll still own the Patrol in 5 years time.

Mate....

I hope it all goes well for her (and you).

I'll make a point of coming to townsville and buying you a beer if you
still own the Patrol in 5 years time.

Hiya Barnsey
Bad luck with your wife - always remember that tough times are followed by
something extraordinary in a persons life. I hope she is ok
Good luck in selling the trailer -
Kathy.

You want a pics of under it?

OK ....Can do. Not sure why, but I'll post them up anyway.

It's rego'd as a non brake trailer. In Qld, what ever that is........it's
less than what you have to pay for a caravan, etc. I thought the pics would
explain everything. More if you want them.

I'm willing to deliver the trailer. I've got all of December off, and
looking for an excuse for a road trip.

I was going to do a trip to the Gold Coast involving elaborate logistics
with the wife and kids, and coming home via Carnavon Gorge, but my wife had
to use her annual leave when she got sick........

So........I'll be lying around the house drinking to much 4x and being a
general pest to society and the internet.

Maybe I should go and pick mangos and make some extra money or something.
Haven't heard from RodOutback, for awhile..........need some cheap farmhand
labour? I can also do mental state assesments on the cows, if you
like........but since I'll be having a break from Qld Health, maybe I'll
just take "moo" at face value, and not read into it.

Nah, I just want to get away and do something.

Oh........and the trailer's still for sale.

Yeah, was curious as to what suspention set up there is and size of rails
and other strength issue parts down under.

As far as Your Gold Coast trip goes, if the next month or so goes well (by
well, I mean going to an antisipated plan or two), I may be in the position
to get you to leave it here.

:-)

No problems, I'll take some shots this arvo and host them on my web site.
It's a solid axel, with 3 leaf suspension. Rails look to be.........I'll
measure the thickness if you like. I had grand plans of modifying the
underneath for greater ride height, articulation and so on.......maybe even
bracing a few places too,  But it's a pretty solid unit to start with, and
will handle rough dirt roads OK.
