Can anyone tell me if a bull bar (replacement bumper type) from a late 90's
Nissan Patrol will fit onto a late 90's Toyota Prado?

I realise the actual fitting brackets will need to be modified or changed to
the correct ones, but will the overall bull bar fit on the front?

Call WWW.ARB.COM.AU OR WWW.TJM.COM.AU

Either that or get out ya tape measure and see for yourself.

Late 90's could be GQ or GU.
i would say

1) headlights positioning would be different
2a) effort required to make it look 'factory/decent' would be not
worth the effort
2b ) it would look fuckin ridiculous

Just sell your GQ bar, theres plenty of buyers out there, and buy the
proper thing.

I'd say not width, headlight positioning, mounting height, overall height,
all could be wrong, chances are small, it may just look crap or may block
your headlights.

I had an alloy one that was adjustable, but also very weak, with new
brackets made could have fit anything else same width, not worth the effort
though.

Thanks guys.

I'll give it a miss.

The bar was for sale locally for $300 and was a polished alloy one. It
looked good but was for a Nissan.

I have had quotes for the Prado around the $1500 mark so I just thought I
would ask the question about the Nissan bar and perhaps save a grand!!
