Hi I have 2003 Toyota Hilux
When I go around a corner there is a loud clunk as I straighten up the
steering wheel.
So far they rebuilt the first gear as It was also jumping out of gear.
Anyone else suffering the same noise!

Not suffering the noise.
It's difficult to draw any reasonable conclusions from your description.
What speeds, or amount of steering lock causes the "clunk"?
Is it only in first gear?
Are bumps (and therefore suspension movement) involved.
I'm assuming you have an IFS model, does it have free-wheeling hubs, or
ADD?
Sorry to hear about it jumping out of 1st gear.
I have the opposite problem at present, my automatic Hilux only
occasionally goes into 1st gear, and then only when cold. I suspect
this is going to cost me more than a flush and filter change......

No noises with my Hilux the same year as yours.
Have you jacked up the front and checked for any clunks or movement when
you wobble the wheels?
Have you checked the wheel nuts?
Have you checked under the bonnet for anything moving around, is the
battery secure?

have a look at the idler arm
these have a habit of bending if used for some moderate to heavy
offroading, and they bend up and hit the chassis just above it
I have a nice pic of my old 4Runner launching up a dirt step and both
front wheels pointing at each other, I bent it back down once, then
replaced it and then bent that one back down some time later
goodluck trying to keep your wheel alingment if you do any heavy offroading
