Gday Everyone,
I am planning on taking a late 2005 model Mitsubishi Outlander over to
Fraser Island.
Can anyone give me any feedback about whether this might be an insane
idea or not? Or has anyone else taken a compact suv over to Fraser
before?
Thanks!

We've seen all size 4WDs on Fraser so I'm sure yours will be fine. The only
concern is the spread of the yank term suv. Sorry but that really gives me
the sh*ts.

You want to take a Sporty Utility Vehicle to Fraser? Didn't know there was
a ute version of the Outlander.
Maybe you should look at a 4x4/4WD instead or get it converted into one by
removing all the dumb yank SUV references :)

I'm glad to hear someone else objects to the term suv. I thought I was
alone in my crusade against yankisms.
