The track of Blue Rock Dam road past the T intersection - second on the Right, there is a dirt mound to cross at the entrance (yellow earth) the one the map says crossing for motorcycles only.
I ended up in a dry creek as the track dropped to a single track for mcs, the creek is dry at the moment so was a 10 point turn to turn back.
Very steep indeed 60 degrees at least - very scary for this newby I tell you.

It is just 30 ks from Moe in Victoria - dam is good for trout, redfin and
yellowbelly as well.
