Ask the bloke in frankston whose house blew up 3-4 weeks ago when he
left it 'cooking' while he went out....

How interesting.

I would have thought that the authorities would have been all over
themselves to trumpet the danger of "cooking" your own fuel, but
strangely there isn't a single item anywhere in the news......

Looks like you heard this one from one of your "mates" eh Bogus?

Or did one of your cars tell you?

And, by the way, you don't actually "cook" biodiesel whilst you make
it. You might pre-heat the waste veggie oil that you got from the local
fish-n-chip emporium tomake it flow better, in fact in Melbourne 3-4
weeks ago you would have had to do so I suspect.

But, once you have melted you chip oil no heat is required whilst it is
undergoing transesterfication, and in fact given that quite a few
litres of Alcohol is involved you would have to be more than mildly
stupid to do so.

Which brings us back to one of your "mates" really doesn't it?

It was on the TV news and in the newspapers in Vic when it first
happened so he didn't dream it up.

Yeah but it was still a normal Biggus "glass is half empty" /  knocker
statement.

Yes Lushy lots of people are doing it, if you can get the used oil for free
it is cheap as chips :)
However it is hard to get oil for free now as so many ppl are doing it.
It is safe if you are half smart, anyone who blew themself up must be
retarded.
Have a google and you'll find shitloads of info.

Was this the same cop that told you that you couldn't get booked for
drunk riding a bicycle Bogarse?

You have an amazing collection of friends who conveniently pop up just
in time to support whatever idiot opinion you are expressing at the
time.

Actually, you bullshit a lot is more accurate - and on the odd occasion
when you do tell the truth, you are rightly treated with suspicion
because of all the previous occasions you have resorted to bullshit.

And, by the way bogus, go blow yourself, because nothing with a pulse
is likely to do it for you.

We use some sort of diesel at work to lower the emissions underground.

I'll get back to you all on this............

I use it in a 85 4runner with no problems.  That is 20% Biodiesel.  The 100% Biodiesel is a bit hard to get out in the country.  I've heard that if you have sh.t in your tank the bio will shift it and it may block your fuel filter.  I used an injector cleaner for a long time before using bio so I think that cleaned out a lot of sh.t before swapping over to bio.  I just changed the fuel filter after 5000km.  I've done about 20,000 km on it so far with only an occasional tank of normal diesel when I can't get bio.

The guy in franger was a dick head he allowed some fule to spill amongst some rubbish and it was lit by a unknown sourse. I do understand if you are going to do this you must be very clean and tidy in what you do.
If I was to start to do my own it would be in a very organised way and bloody clean and tidy as well, like my home brew I hate a failure in the process.
