I was up your part of the world last week end.

I had a look at Chillagoe and Mungana.

It's old school bushy stuff out there!

Mrs B and I stayed at a very nice rainforest retreat in Malanda for 4
nights..............I WANT a house like that!

I worked for 2 weeks full time in Malanda before going to Cooktown and
Malanda just looked wonderful. Mind you, it didnt rain, no clouds etc etc.
Tis a lovely place when the sun shines, but foul when it doesnt.
Love Chillagoe and Mungana. I first went to Mungana in around 1973 when my
dad and I visited a crew that was doing a drove from Kowanyama to the rail
head there - special place :)
