You either get Milford or make your own.
You can make second mounts for Milfords, as most cars they fit them to
have dual mounts, eg patrols, cruisers, jacks etc.

At the moment I cope by having all the heavy stuff down low (well, duh),
and if the car flips then I'm in trouble anyway...
Basically, if I can't see out the back then I've got too much on board;
worst thing I've been beaned with so far is the sleeping bag.

Milford barriers are crash tested and rated to meet Aust. Standards,
there are standards for cargo barriers, the new ones have to made so
that you can escape if you are locked into the back, this is either via
a removable hatch or a Perspex covered hatch that has to be broken(I
believe a small hammer is included for this)
